I cannot say enough about Akira Kurosawa's Dreams. It is visually stunning and creative. It is sumptuous to watch--it stretches the imagination. For people who delight in remembering their own dreams, it is a treasure.
There is also a nice variety in the dreams, drawing on Asian and Western themes as well as historical and contemporary cultural commentary.
